Our Method
 

We take great pride in crafting Neapolitan-style pizza. Our dough is made using the traditional techniques originating in Naples, Italy.

Using only the finest ingredients; High-protein flour, fresh yeast, water and a touch of salt, the dough is then fermented over 24 hours, allowing it to develop a unique, complex and airy texture.

Our Pizza's and Pannuozzo's are cooked at high tempretures in our fired oven, creating a light, crispy crust with the signature charred spots.

What is a Panuozzo I hear you say?

Shown in the video below, Its our classic Neopolitan style dough, folded and baked in our pizza oven, then we fill with the topping you have chosen!
