Craig Kitchen, A Former apprentice of Fifteen Cornwall, the apprentice program established by Jamie Oliver.
Craig graduated within cohort 10 in 2016.
Craig's career took him to many landmark hotels around Cornwall which inspired him to create Kitchens Kitchen.
During the apprentice program, Craig travelled to Italy and instantly fell in love with the way of life and the simplicity of the recipes. "The recipes are usually very simple, all recipes depend on regionality, but the focus is on really good ingredients which is what makes the dishes really spectacular"
"We always remember that one dish that evokes a cherished memory, a sense of comfort, a feel-good dish that holds a special place in our hearts. I wish to bring dishes that are our family recipes, passed down from generations, flavours that transport us back to a moment of joy, or a childhood favourite treat. Pair this with wicked produce our duchy provides, and you have a winning combination"
Craig is supported by his fiancée and partner in crime, Ashley Challinor.
Ashley's passion for Italian cuisine stems from when she lived and worked in Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
Ashley has spent 22 years working in Catering and hospitality and has a strong background in Food & Beverage management, Events management and Financial management.
